Optional Rotating Base

These Flying Banners come with a standard rotating metal stake with ball bearings for use on grass or earth. For concrete or hard floors we recommend using the optional Rotating Base, the spindle enables the Flying Banner to rotate when windy.

Optional Water Base

The Water Base is designed to fit over the Rotating Base above, this gives greater stabilty outdoors in windy weather.
