Exhibition stand hire is a cost effective solution for portraying your company message. With a wide selection of exhibition rental products and services, we can fit the brief or budget to maximise the visual impact of your presentation.
You can choose from a range of portable exhibition stands and equipment for hire. This includes pop-up display kits, folding panel display and panel and pole display kits, together with a CAD designing service to assist your planning, means we can ensure a stylish and professional display for your products or services.
We offer a UK installation service if required, our professional and reliable installers can significantly cut down installation and breakdown times. They have experience of all national exhibition centres, as well as many regional and local venues.

CAD Design ServiceWe offer a CAD venue layout service, risk assessment and site survey for a small fee (which is redeemable once the order is confirmed). Stage areas or changing facilities can be accommodated easily into your floor plan if required. Please allow up to 5 working days to produce your design. |
Hire Terms
Deliveries and collections of hire equipment can be made between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All hire periods include collection days, return days and weekends, e.g. for a 2 day event on a Tuesday and Wednesday, the equipment will be delivered on the Monday and collected on the Thursday - this will count as a 4 day hire period.
A delivery and collection charge based on the equipmemt weight will be charged in addition to the equipment hire charge, delivery and collection charges start from £40.00 per event.
