File Set Up Guide for Fine Art Greeting Cards
We can produce very high quality fine art greeting cards direct from your digital image files. We put a lot of care and attention into achieving the result that we hope you will be delighted with.
Preparing Your File
We can accept any image file formats - JPG, TIF, PNG or PSD.
We also accept Adobe Illustrator files - AI or EPS formats (please convert any fonts to outlines).
Each card includes your image on the front of the Greeting Card with your name, thumbnail image, image title and contact details on the back.

| The image file must be in proportion to the card size ordered, we will then print your image flush to the edge of the card. |
If your image file is not in proportion to the card size ordered, we will add a white border all round, minimum 6mm to fit the card size. |
Custom Greeting Card Set Up
We can customise your greeting card to enhance the design, addtional features include:
- Adding a logo
- Adding extra text lines
- Different colour background on the back of the card
Please note that there is an additional set up charge of £5.00 added to each order for each custom card.
Ordering Your Greeting Card On Line
- Choose the Quantity of Greeting Cards you require, any quantity from 1 to 100.
- Enter the information you would like printed on the back of your card, e.g. Your Name - Image Title (under the thumbnail image) - Contact Details - or any text you like (or just leave blank)
- Click on Order Greeting Cards - you will then be able to upload your image file before being transferred to our secure payment server.
Return to Greeting Cards Sizes and Prices
Repeat Orders
Every greeting card order we produce for you is archived, this means you can re-order more cards in the future without having to submit your image file again or have to pay any additional set up charges.
