On Line Print Orders
Welcome to Redcliffe Imaging's free file delivery service for uploading your fine art and graphic files to Redcliffe's fine art print server. When ordering your fine art and canvas prints on line, the secure online payment facility will automatically transfer you to our Web File Server where you can begin uploading your image files or folders.

Uploading Multiple Files or Folders
| If you want to upload multiple files you may find it easier to put them all in one folder named with your job reference. Click the "Upload Files" button and select the "Drag and Drop Files" option. |

Web File Manager
The Redcliffe Web File Manager uses a Java applet to run the ""Drag and Drop Files" option. This may cause your web browser to show the following screen: |

By clicking the "Trust" button you allow the "Drag and Drop Files" option to operate. Clicking the "Show Certificate" button allows you to verify that this applet was created and signed by Maxum Development (the developers of our FTP server) and authenticated by VeriSign.
What is a signed applet? A signed applet is an applet that has a digital signature that confirms it originates from the legitimate server. When the Java Plug-in of your web browser encounters a signed applet, it checks the certificate to ensure the applet was created and signed by the individual who made the certificate. It also verifies that the contents of the Java applet have not been modified or tampered with.
Payment and Queries
Please note if paying by debit/ credit card, that payment for your order will not be taken until the point of despatch. For BACS orders despatch will not be made until payment is received in our bank. Secure Job Folder
Regular customers who frequently upload new files may request their own secure job folder, please send an email to ftp@redcliffe.co.uk quoting your last job number. Please allow 30 minutes for us to email back your User Name and Password.
