My work is rooted in the modern urban world. I'm inspired and energised by the power of the city - day and night. For me, the starting point is always an emotional impact that hits me, which I try to hardwire into the image so that a viewer is instantly plugged into the same pulse.

It's vital that every piece of work I create be arresting and incandescent. I want the edge of the raw, the gritty, the sexy that makes metropolitan life such a kick.

Graffiti Art is a major influence on my digital visions. This is the art of freedom from inhibition, of juxtaposing something unexpected onto humdrum backgrounds, and shifting perceptions by doing something spontaneous - even playful. Ordinary becomes extraordinary.
