As a post-graduate of The Slade School of Art, London University, since graduating in the nineteen eighties, I have been very good at getting my work rejected from various galleries and exhibitions. At the same time, these works have been very popular with the people who have seen them in my studio or elsewhere and at least half of the originals have actually been sold either in this country or abroad.

This page shows a selection of them.

I have chosen to have the watercolours printed on printed on Hannemuhle Photo Rag paper and the oil paintings on Hannemuhle Baryta paper because my tendency is to paint on very textured cold press watercolour paper or grainy linen canvas, which doesn’t mix with printing on anything but a smooth surface. I have kept the prints reasonably small so that you can mount them in wide surrounds, as I do my watercolours.
