FREE Super Saver Delivery

Redcliffe Imaging offers free UK mainland delivery on all fine art print orders and any exhibition and display orders that are over £200.00 in value. Orders must be placed on-line and paid by credit or debit card.

  • When your order is completed it will be delivered by Royal Mail, or alternative carrier, at your normal post delivery times.
  • There is no track and trace available on this delivery option.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for arrival of your order. Should your goods not arrive in this time frame please contact Customer Service on 0117 952 0105.

Next Business Day Delivery

  • When your order is completed it will be shipped for delivery to you by 5.30pm the next business day.
  • There must be someone available to take receipt between anytime from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
  • A signature will be required.
  • Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to our Customer Service immediately on 0117 952 0105.

Next Business Day Delivery - Pre 10.30am

  • When your order is completed it will be shipped for delivery to you by 10.30am the next business day.
  • There must be someone available to take receipt between anytime from 7.30am to 10.30am.
  • A signature will be required.
  • Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to our Customer Service immediately on 0117 952 0105.

 

We deliver most items Monday to Friday using UPS, Royal Mail or alternative carrier. Saturday delivery is available as an option for some items, please check at the time of ordering. Next business day delivery is not available for some remote parts of the UK.

It's no problem if you need to ship to more than one address, but please note that when you ship items to multiple addresses we will add a delivery charge for each additional address.

Some of our products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result. For all orders placed on-line, access order tracking to see the status of your order.

 

UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping

UPSUPS ships millions of packages each day and knows that you are as concerned as they are about the impact shipping has on the environment. That's why, in addition to other sustainability efforts, UPS offer a carbon neutral shipping option.

For every shipment, Redcliffe pay a little extra to counter balance the carbon dioxide emissions generated by the transport of your packages through carbon offsetting. Some call it greenwashing, we call it the bare minimum.
