Terms and Conditions

Prices

All prices quoted exclude delivery and VAT which will be added at the current rate. Prices quoted are subject to site of the artwork, we reserve the right to requote for work where retouching, scanning or artwork amendments are required. No work will commence without client approval being given.

Payment

We accept payment by the following methods - all major credit and debit cards (except American Express) and cheques made payable to Redcliffe Imaging Ltd.

We are happy to set up 30 day accounts for clients wishing to use Redcliffe Imaging's service regularly. We would require at least 2 credit references from suppliers prior to giving you an account. You can request an account application form by emailing us accounts@redcliffe.co.uk or telephone 0117 952 0105.

Delivery

We offer a professional delivery and tracking service using UPS. To help us ensure your order delivery arrives safely and on time we require a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. You will be emailed with a confirmation of the delivery address details and a tracking number to monitor the progress of the delivery and view "proof of delivery" details.

In the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure the recipient signs for the goods as "damaged".

Offers of free delivery to the UK is exclusive to web orders received through our payment server and only one delivery address in the UK. All other orders will be subject to normal delivery charges.

Cancellation Rights and Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers have fourteen working days, commencing the day following delivery, to exercise their right to cancel an order.

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact Adrian Chambers (manager) - email adrian@redcliffe.co.uk or George Burr (director) - email george@redcliffe.co.uk or telephone 0117 952 0105. We will liaise with you to arrange collecting your order and we will bear the cost of this collection. Please note that you must take reasonable care of the product while in your possession.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following: business to business contracts, posters, large format graphic prints and fine art prints.

Any hardware items to be returned. for any reason (other than faulty items), will be subject to a carriage charge and a 25% restocking charge; providing the goods are in the original packaging and stock condition.

Complaints Procedures

We take great pride in all the work we produce and have a thorough understanding of the materials and systems we use. This ensures that we receive a mimimal level of complaints in relation to the number of orders we handle.

Hire Equipment

Only use hook velcro to attach graphics onto the exhibition stands. Do not use BlueTac, staples or any other method as this may damage the material.

Hired equipment will remain the property of Redcliffe Imaging Ltd at all times and the client is responsible for the safe keeping and maintenance of the equipment in good condition whilst in their possession.

Costs will be incurred if there is evidence of damage to any piece of hired equipment. The client must notify Redcliffe Imaging Ltd in writing, within 24 hours of the event, any damage to or loss of the equipment.

Once accepted, our quotation becomes a firm order and is thus subject to a cancellation fee as follows: confirmed orders cancelled within 14 days of the event - 25% of hire charge, confirmed orders cancelled within 7 days of the event - 50% of hire charge, confirmed orders cancelled within 7 days of the event - 100% of hire charge, payable within 7 days of cancellation.

Redcliffe Imaging Ltd accept no responsibility for penalties incurred, loss of earnings, damages or any other perceived or actual loss due to late delivery of hired goods.

Privacy Policy

Redcliffe Imaging Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We will not sell, trade or rent information about you to other individuals or companies.

As required by the Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures and take appropriate measures to ensure that the information about you is not damaged or destroyed, or disclosed to a third party without your permission and to prevent unauthorised access to it. We do not use cookies to track and collect user information on this web site.

Payment details for online credit and debit card payments are collected using a VeriSign® Secured Payment Facility.

As an enquirer or customer of Redcliffe Imaging Ltd, where you have indicated you wish to receive further information, we will use the information you provide us with to occasionally notify you about new products, services and special offers we think you will find valuable. Ethical Policy

As a business we recognise the importance of trust and integrity in all our dealings with both clients and suppliers. Our business procedures and policies are open, transparent and honest.

We respect the rights of our staff to expect good and safe working conditions. We treat all people the way we would like to be treated.

Our responsibility to the environment means we recycle all our waste paper and donate our material offcuts to the Childrens Scrapstore, a charity that makes practical use of scrap material for children's play activities. Staff are encouraged to cycle to work, it's good for the health and reduces pollution.

Wherever possible we will offer support to our community by offering reduced charges for charitable organisations and students.

We will always try to be considerate of the environment, our clients and other members of the community when conducting business and remain open to new suggestions as to how we may make improvements.
