Personal Data We Collect & How We Use It

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the purposes below. We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling. Order details will not be used for marketing without your separate consent. Newsletter sign-ups use our own self-hosted platform (Sendy) — your data is never shared with third-party marketing services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by contacting support@redcliffe.co.uk.

Who We Share Data With

We only share your personal data where strictly necessary. Recipients are limited to: delivery couriers (name and address only); our payment processor (card handling — we hold no card data ourselves); Google LLC (anonymised GA4 analytics); FoxyCart (order processing); Uploadcare (temporary artwork storage); and Xero (invoicing only). We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers. Where providers operate outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards — typically UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccuracies; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent at any time. Security & Cookies

All our websites are served over HTTPS and access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it. If you have any security concerns, contact support@redcliffe.co.uk immediately.
