Supply files at 100–150 dpi at final output size. 72 dpi is not sufficient for large format print. Do not upsample low-resolution files.

- Include a 3–5mm bleed on all edges if your design runs to the edge
- Keep text and logos at least 5mm from the trim edge
- Embed all fonts or convert to outlines before saving
We accept PDF, TIFF, EPS and high-resolution JPEG files.
- Adobe Illustrator: convert all fonts to outlines, embed images, save as press-ready PDF or EPS
- Adobe Photoshop: flatten layers, save as TIFF or PDF at 100% output size
We cannot accept files from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Publisher.
