The term ‘Redcliffe Imaging’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 21 Dragon Court, Crofts End Road, Bristol BS5 7XX. Our company registration number is 1661846, Bristol. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
All prices quoted exclude delivery and VAT which will be added at the current rate. Prices quoted for graphics are subject to sight of the artwork, we reserve the right to requote for work where retouching, scanning or artwork amendments are required. Where a guaranteed deadline has been agreed, subject to artwork received by a specific time, we reserve the right to requote if the artwork is not received by the agreed time. No print work will commence without client approval being given.
We accept payment by the following methods - all major credit and debit cards (except American Express), BACS payments.
We are happy to set up 30 day accounts for clients wishing to use Redcliffe Imaging's service regularly. We would require at least 2 credit references from suppliers prior to giving you an account. Offers of Free Delivery to the UK is exclusive to web orders received through our payment server and only one delivery address in the UK. All other orders will be subject to normal delivery charges.
We offer a professional delivery and tracking service using ParcelForce, UPS or alternative carrier. To help us ensure your order delivery arrives safely and on time we require a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number (Mobile preferable). For UPS or Parcelforce you will be emailed with a confirmation of the delivery address details and a tracking number to monitor the progress of the delivery and view "proof of delivery" details.
In the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure the recipient checks the package and signs for the goods as "damaged".
Should there be a problem with the package or its contents, please contact us immediately. No claims for damaged goods will be accepted outside this time. (This does not affect any guarantee for faulty goods due to manufacture)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers have fourteen working days, commencing the day following delivery, to exercise their right to cancel an order.

We will liaise with you to arrange collecting your order and we will bear the cost of this collection. Please note that you must take reasonable care of the product while in your possession.
The right to cancel does not apply to the following: business to business contracts, posters, large format graphic prints, fine art prints and any other custom printed item.
Any hardware items to be returned. for any reason (other than faulty items), will be subject to a carriage charge and a 25% restocking charge; providing the goods are in the original packaging and stock condition.
We take great pride in all the work we produce and have a thorough understanding of the materials and systems we use. This ensures that we receive a mimimal level of complaints in relation to the number of orders we handle.

Once accepted, our hire quotation becomes a firm order and is thus subject to a cancellation fee as follows: confirmed orders cancelled within 14 days of the event - 25% of hire charge, confirmed orders cancelled within 7 days of the event - 50% of hire charge, confirmed orders cancelled within 7 days of the event - 100% of hire charge, payable within 7 days of cancellation.
Only use hook velcro to attach graphics onto the exhibition stands. Do not use BlueTac, staples or any other method as this may damage the material.
Hired equipment will remain the property of Redcliffe Imaging Ltd at all times and the client is responsible for the safe keeping and maintenance of the equipment in good condition whilst in their possession.
Costs will be incurred if there is evidence of damage to any piece of hired equipment. The client must notify Redcliffe Imaging Ltd in writing, within 24 hours of the event, any damage to or loss of the equipment.
Redcliffe Imaging Ltd accept no responsibility for penalties incurred, loss of earnings, damages or any other perceived or actual loss due to late delivery of hired goods.
